Please check with your local Ralphs store to make sure your Ralphs rewards Card is enrolled in the Community Contribution Program.

You will need to know your Ralphs rewards Card number. If you don’t know your number (or can’t read it off the back of your card) you can call the hotline at 800-660-9003.

Each time you shop, swipe your Ralphs rewards Card and a portion of your grocery dollars will automatically go to the school.

Scrip is a gift certificate or gift card for participating local and national merchants who donate a percentage of your purchase back to the school. Use it just like cash at participating stores.

eliminated scrip in favor of an electronic scrip program.
You can build earnings for our school by registering
your grocery cards with any or all of the local participating chains.

It's easy, it costs you nothing, and you can help Mar Vista School earn thousands of dollars each year! Encourage your family members who shop at these nationwide stores to register their cards as well.  They do not have to live in Los Angeles to be able to help our school.

"Where can I buy Scrip?"
You can buy scrip from Kathy Brisacher or Kris Martinez by filling out an order form and dropping it off in the main office, placing an order online, coming to the monthly MVSEG and PTA meetings, and during Scrip Table Fridays (the second Friday morning of each month). On Scrip Table Friday, we are set up at school to sell scrip and take your order forms. Please call for more information.
You can also place your order online. It takes a few minutes to set up your account and you need not register any form of payment. Arrange for payment

"Can I pay for Scrip with a credit card?"
On the second Friday of each month before the PTA meetings, we will take credit card (Visa, MasterCard, & American Express) scrip orders and purchases outside the Community Room from 7:45 am to 8:45 am. Look for reminders in the monthly master calendars that come home with your children.

"What is eScrip?"
eScrip is a hassle-free way to raise funds for Mar Vista School through everyday purchases made at eScrip merchants. Simply register credit, debit, and grocery club cards through the eScrip program. A percentage of all purchases made at eScrip merchants will be given back to our school.

Don't forget, scrip is great for gifts, thank you gifts and the holiday season. If you have any more questions about scrip or would like to order scrip, please contact the scrip coordinator

Interested in helping Mar Vista School "earn" some of your shopping dollars" Our local grocery stores have programs that allow Mar Vista School families and friends to earn some money for the school simply by shopping as you normally do for your family.

Here are a few ways that you can put your grocery dollars to work for the school:

(1) Ralphs Community Contribution Program Using your new Ralphs rewards Card you can link your card to the Community Contributions program by signing up online at “http://www.ralphs.com”. Each time you shop, swipe your Ralphs rewards Card and a portion of your grocery dollars will automatically go to the school (Mar Vista School Enrichment Group - ID# 83287).

(2) Albertsons Community Partners Program Using your Preferred Savings Card, you can link your card to the Community Partners Program using the website. Visit the main store website at “http://www.albertsons.com/cp/”. Log in as a “shopper;” you will need your Preferred Savings Card number and your phone number to register. Find “ Mar Vista Elementary School ” as your partner and click to add. Use ID #49000115005 to find our school. Every time you shop at either Albertsons, swipe your Preferred Savings Card and a percentage of your purchases will go to the school.

(3) Vons/Pavilions & eScrip Visit the eScrip website at “http://www.escrip.com” to sign up. You can register your Vons and Pavilions grocery club cards along with your debit/credit cards such as Macy’s, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. Search for our group (“Mar Vista School Enrichment Group”) using the name or group ID number (#136559014). Participating merchants contribute every time you shop (in-store or online through the eScrip website), when you use your registered grocery loyalty or debit/credit cards. Every purchase counts!

RALPHS COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTION PROGRAM INFORMATION

IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED YOUR REWARDS CARD ONLINE NOTE: Since the website is now secured, these procedures will apply to everyone who has not entered their email address and assigned a password.

1. Log in to www.ralphs.com

2. Click on Sign In/Register

3. Most participants are new online customers, so they must click on SIGN UP TODAY in the ‘New Customer?’ box.

4. Sign up for a Ralphs Account by entering zip code, clicking on favorite store, entering your email address and creating a password, agreeing to the terms and conditions

5. You will then get a message to check your email inbox and click on the link within the body of the email.

6. Click on My Account and use your email address and password to proceed to the next step.

7. Click on Edit Community Contribution information and input your Ralphs REWARDS card number.

8. Update or confirm your information.

9. Enter NPO number or name of organization, select organization from list and click on confirm.

10. To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see your organization’s name on the right side of your information page.

11. You have now completed your Online rewards card registration AND your Community Contributions registration.

12. Click on ‘Logout’ at the top of the page

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED YOUR REWARDS CARD ONLINE (This means that you have already entered your email address and assigned yourself a password)

1. Log in to www.ralphs.com

2. Click Sign In/Register

3. Enter your email address and password

4. Click on ‘sign in’

5. Click on ‘My Account’ (In the top right hand corner)

6. View all your information and edit as necessary
a. To make a change to your organization selection:
b. Click on ‘Edit Community Contribution Program Information’ 4
c. Confirm your card number and click on ‘Save Changes’
d. Review your personal information and/or make any corrections and click on ‘Save Changes’
e. Type in part of your organizations name and click ‘Search’
f. In the ‘Select Your Organization Section’, click on the bubble next to your organizations’ name
g. Click on ‘Save Changes’
h. Review all information shown on your account
i. You will now see all of the changes your made and your account is updated
j. Click on ‘Logout’ at the top of the page
